"We Build Better Minds, Better Bodies,
and Better Families”
Learning the Martial Arts way, families come together by learning self defense
with the East County Family Martial Arts center. The curriculum teaches all ages
according to the traditional Martial Art of Tang Soo Do while fostering life
skills and leadership development as a way of life.
We blend Nae Kong (internal power), Weh Kong (external power) and Shim Kong
(spiritual power) to help you become your optimal state of health, power and
energy.
"We are the Premier Family Karate Studio
in East County"
The only limitation any student has while enrolled in the ECFMA program is the
limitation of their own commitment. We are here to guide you, but your
achievements are a direct relation to the time and effort you put forth. As you
progress in your training, you will not only grow in your Tang Soo Do
techniques, but also as a person with increased health and vitality, confidence
and emotional balance.
“It is good to have an
end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end.”
~ Ursula K. Le Gin
Our Do Jang (studio) is a place where you learn and practice
your martial arts skills as well as self-development and friendships. It
provides a safe and comfortable learning environment where you and your family
members will develop and see the positive results from increased self
discipline, self-esteem, courage, persistence, respect, confidence and many
other positive traits for life. We encourage you to monitor your own progress,
set and achieve your goals, and celebrate your accomplishments!
Please take the time to learn more about our school in this website. We look
forward to seeing you (and your family) as our new student soon!
